Traditionally, these assets were only accessible to wealthy individuals, but CoHoldings enables a broader range of investors to participate in the ownership and income generation of such assets.

Here’s how it works: CoHoldings identifies and acquires luxury properties, yachts, and cars that have the potential to generate steady rental income. These assets are then divided into shares, which investors can purchase according to their budget and investment goals. For instance, if a luxury apartment costs $1 million, it might be divided into 10,000 shares. Investors can then buy as many shares as they want, giving them a proportionate stake in the asset.

Once the asset is fully funded through these share purchases, CoHoldings manages the rental or leasing process. Whether it's renting out a luxury apartment or leasing a high-end car, the generated income is distributed among the investors based on their ownership percentage. This means that even if you own just a small fraction of an asset, you still receive a share of the income it generates.

CoHoldings simplifies the investment process by handling all aspects of asset management, from acquisition to rental and maintenance, allowing investors to enjoy passive income without the hassles typically associated with property management.   • Property Investment: We list a property, like an apartment, that costs a certain amount, say $100,000.
  • Crowdfunding: Multiple users can buy a share of that $100,000. For example, you might invest $50, while someone else invests $100.
  • Purchase and Rental: Once the total amount needed to buy the apartment is raised, the company purchases the property and rents it out.
  • Monthly Income: The rental income, say $1,000 per month, is then distributed among the investors. Your share of the rental income depends on how much you invested. In this example, if you invested $50 and the other person invested $100, you’d receive a portion of the $1,000 based on your $50 investment.
